Senior Leader - Power Management Expert

This is a high-level management position that requires entrepreneurial vision, strategic leadership, and technical expertise to drive innovation in power management.

Job Summary

The Senior Leader will be responsible for defining and executing the company's power management strategy, identifying market opportunities, and creating product roadmaps to meet customer needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and implement plans to develop next-generation power products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, internal teams, and partners through in-depth knowledge of power management technologies.
  • Translate market requirements into detailed product specifications, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving results-oriented work practices.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and design teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in power management, including product definition and development.
  • Expertise in power products (MOSFET, DCDC, BMS, PMIC) and system knowledge, with a strong understanding of thermal, electrical, and magnetic investigations.
  • Familiarity with FEA tools, simulation software (SIMPLIS), C/Python programming, and PCB CAD tools, as well as proficiency in AECQ, IATF, and ISO26262 standards.
