Backend Automation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Power Automate developer to join our team and deliver high-quality solutions in automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Better integrate Microsoft 365, Business Central, and Jira Service Management using Power Automate and Logic Apps flows to enhance business efficiency.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot backend automation, dashboard enrichment, and ticket enrichment logic to ensure seamless operations.
  • Design and implement automation to sync SharePoint content, customer contacts, or BC triggers with JSM for data synchronization.
  • Develop SLA tracking and reporting dashboards (Jira + Power BI/SPO if needed) to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Document all flows created and updated to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with QA/QC and Jira Consultant to ensure operational flow compliance and quality assurance.
  • Perform test automation with sample ticket scenarios to validate functionality and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years working with Power Automate or Logic Apps for experience in workflow automation.
  • Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON for technical proficiency.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (especially Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) for integration expertise.
  • Bonus: Jira/JSM understanding for advanced skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn for adaptability and growth.
