Job Title: Client Engagement Manager

The Main Objective of this role is to ensure successful relationships between our clients and the company. This entails project success through alignment, execution, communication, and management.

This position involves:

  • Delivering Strategic Insights: Providing consulting services to clients, delivering solutions that drive business growth.
  • Solution Development: Supporting Business Relationship Managers in developing strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Project Management: Managing and supervising global projects across various therapeutic areas, focusing on market analysis, competitor insights, and identification of key influencers.
  • Local Project Supervision: Supervising Local HCP targeting projects, presenting results of referral and prescription pattern analyses.
  • Presentation Support: Assisting in pitches, sales, and marketing efforts, including presentation preparation and participation in sales meetings.
  • Document Creation: Creating, developing, and maintaining project presentation materials, meeting agendas, minutes, and training materials.
  • Task Scheduling: Identifying and scheduling project deliverables, milestones, and tasks.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with client teams, including Medical Affairs, Commercial Analytics, Marketing, and Field Teams (TLLs & MSLs), to address business questions and develop data-driven strategies using our platform.
  • Internal Liaison: Liaising with the client's internal support teams, such as IT.
  • Client Deliverables: Preparing client deliverables in the form of presentations and reports, presenting them to client teams.
  • Project Planning: Developing and maintaining project plans, launch plans, and client solution sites with support from the Technology team.
  • Medical Integrity: Ensuring medical integrity and accuracy throughout all client projects.
  • Data-Driven Support: Providing strategic support to medical, commercial, and regulatory teams using data-driven insights.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Performing other related duties as assigned.
  • Stakeholder Management: Managing internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope.
