Job Opportunity: Senior Placement Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic senior professional to lead our Placements team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business with expertise in Finance, Business Analytics, or Data Science.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with corporate organizations for student placements and internships.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to onboard new partners.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing partners.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to secure placement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to align placement opportunities with student skills and curriculum.
  • Organize and facilitate regular meetings and communication with partners.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships to ensure high-quality placements.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns that arise during placements.
  • Present reports on partnership status and outcomes to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education: MBA or equivalent from a reputable institution, with specialization in Finance, Business Analytics, or Data Science.

Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, or a related field.
