Job Title: Executive Delegate Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Executive Delegate Strategist to join our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships with high-level executives, VIP delegates, and buyers.

Your key responsibility will be to communicate the benefits of attending our flagship events and secure their participation.

You will play a vital role in ensuring the success of the event by delivering a strong, high-quality audience for our sponsors and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential delegates to explain the event program and secure their attendance.
  • Book VIP delegates to attend the event at no cost to them.
  • Ensure delegates are fully briefed and have a seamless event experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and bookings in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure sponsors meet their target audiences.
  • Represent the company professionally, acting as a trusted point of contact for high-profile attendees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years B2B sales experience
  • Proven experience in delegate acquisition, sales, business development, or relationship management (preferably within events, exhibitions, or conferences)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with senior-level professionals
  • Confidence in speaking with C-level executives and decision-makers
  • Target-driven with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
