We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic professional to excel as our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Sales Specialist.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong background in end-to-end sales within Microsoft or equivalent Enterprise Applications.
  • Minimum 5+ years of face-to-face selling experience with expertise in Microsoft product suite, including D365, PowerApps, and Business Central.
  • Excellent skills in creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms, and managing the contract process.
  • Proven ability to sell to both technical and business audiences, building trust and mutual respect.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal, and communication skills to simplify complex contractual, technical, and financial details.
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
  • Exceptional customer-centric approach and networking skills across complex organizations.
  • Strong commercial acumen, forecasting precision, and challenge identification for positive commercial outcomes.
  • Strategic sales planning and execution in designated territories, collaborating with vendor and industry teams.
  • Conducting customer meetings, serving as a trusted advisor by understanding customers' digital transformation roadmaps, and driving sales.

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 5+ years B2B sales track record, focusing on Microsoft Sales and ERP solutions and Business Applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Solutions (CRM, Dynamics 365 BC, Dynamics NAV, Finance and Operations).
  • An independent self-starter with a no-nonsense mentality.
  • Ability to translate industry business problems into technology solutions.
  • Superb communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • Prior consulting services sales experience is required, and familiarity with Microsoft Business Applications (Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Project Operations) is preferred.
