Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Growth Manager to drive enterprise sales efforts and lead the development of strategic plans for B2B sales.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with in-depth knowledge of B2B sales processes and enterprise-level negotiations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with major corporations and key stakeholders, as well as conducting comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
The role involves overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a streamlined and efficient sales pipeline. Additionally, the candidate will work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for B2B sales, identifying and targeting key industries and market segments.
- Enterprise Sales Growth:
- Drive enterprise sales efforts by establishing and nurturing relationships with major corporations and key stakeholders.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Sales Funnel Management:
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a streamlined and efficient sales pipeline.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking;
- MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of successful experience in B2B and enterprise sales within Fintech/Payment, Gift Voucher, Loyalty, Retail, E-commerce, etc.;
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets;
- In-depth understanding of B2B sales processes and enterprise-level negotiations;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships;
- Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset;
- Willingness to travel as required.
