Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Luxury Sales Director to spearhead sales of high-end residences, villas, and land parcels in prime Mumbai markets and holiday home destinations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of luxury properties, villas, and land parcels worth over 15 crores.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, and Family Offices to ensure long-term engagement.
  • Conduct site visits, pitches, negotiations, and deal closures with high-value clients.
  • Source and manage inventory across Andheri to South Mumbai (including resale) and holiday home belts (Goa, Alibaug, Lonavala).
  • Build strong connections with property owners, brokers, and intermediaries to access exclusive off-market listings.
  • Contribute to the company's luxury positioning through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Represent the company at private previews, networking events, and luxury exhibitions.
  • Support in creating high-quality marketing collateral for HNI/UHNI audiences.
  • Monitor pricing trends, demand shifts, and competitor movements in the luxury segments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 2 – 4 years in luxury real estate sales, with a proven track record in the resale market.
  • Location Knowledge: Strong understanding of Andheri – South Mumbai luxury markets and holiday home regions.
  • Network: Established connections with HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, and resale market intermediaries.
  • Should be presentable and able to create engaging content for digital channels.
