Job Description:

As an expert professional, we are seeking someone to provide top-notch application support and configuration for enterprise-wide workforce management systems. This role requires strong functional and technical knowledge of Kronos modules, payroll processes, and integrations with HRMS platforms.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Kronos Workforce Management and a solid understanding of payroll processing, labor compliance, and workforce scheduling.

They should also be skilled at integrating with SAP/SuccessFactors using REST APIs, ensuring data accuracy across systems.

A collaborative approach is essential for this role, requiring the ability to work closely with various teams for gathering requirements and implementing new features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end application support for global stakeholders.
  • Configuration and maintenance of time & attendance, payroll rules, accruals, schedules, and employee master records.

Additional Key Areas of Responsibility Include:

  • Employee Maintenance: User profile creation, modification, and termination.
  • Profiles/Policies: Timesheets, accruals, pay periods, schedules, holiday calendars, security roles, and compliance rules.
  • Global Setup: Company setup, cost centers, notifications, workflows, and groups.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience in Kronos Workforce Management.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processing, labor compliance, and workforce scheduling.
  • Ability to integrate with SAP/SuccessFactors using REST APIs.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with multiple teams.
