Workforce Data Administrator

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Data Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of workforce data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management:
    • Collect, validate, and manage large datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
  • Employee Data Administration:
    • Oversee end-to-end employee master data administration in HRIS platforms.
    • Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy through validation and regular audit checks.
  • Process Ownership & SLA Management:
    • Ensure adherence to SLAs, internal controls, and standard operating procedures across the data administration lifecycle.
    • Support operational planning for high-volume changes such as org-wide promotions or system migrations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement in workforce data administration.
