Workforce Relations Specialist

This role is pivotal in supporting workforce relations by maintaining accurate and compliant documentation, preparing detailed case summaries, and assisting in internal investigations to address employee concerns.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain detailed and organized records of all case-related activities in accordance with internal policies and legal standards.
- Draft clear, concise, and factual case summaries to support HR decision-making and legal review if necessary.
- Assist in conducting thorough internal investigations related to employee conduct or workplace issues.
- Address queries resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless support.
- Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Workforce Relations Administration or a related role.
- Proficiency in HRMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Familiarity with Workday module and Ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Zendesk.
- Knowledge of HRIS platforms and US statutory requirements.
- Certification in HR management is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
