Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Infor WFM professional who will serve as an expert in Infor Workforce Management solutions.

  • Analyze and map complex business processes to develop scalable and effective solutions tailored to client requirements.">
  • Collaborate with clients to design, mobilize, present, and deliver complete end-to-end solutions using Infor applications.">
  • Lead discussions with clients regarding proposed solutions, architectural designs, and implementation roadmaps.">
  • Drive Infor implementation projects from initial discovery through to sustainment, ensuring they meet predefined objectives.">
  • Exhibit application-level functional or technical expertise on the Infor WFM platform to aid in solution development.">
  • Provide guidance to clients based on industry best practices to deliver efficient Workforce Management solutions.">
  • Maintain robust customer relationships, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and deliverables.">
  • Develop comprehensive strategies for migration, integration, testing, and deployment of Infor solutions.">
  • Work to consistently achieve project engagement goals, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and successful implementation outcomes.">
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 5 years in full project life cycle implementation as a principal consultant or solution architect in ERP software packages, with at least 2 years focused specifically on Infor Product Architecture and WFM engagements.">
  • Proven ability to design and present comprehensive solutions leveraging strong business acumen, analytical skills, and technical expertise specific to Infor WFM applications.">
  • Strong understanding of Human Capital Management, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and workforce scheduling.">
  • Familiarity with project lifecycle management tools, issue tracking, and knowledge repositories.">
  • Capable of developing compelling business cases and strategic roadmaps for clients.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a talent for engaging presentations.">
