Job Summary:

We seek a dedicated and resourceful Client Servicing Manager to lead our internal projects, optimize resource utilization, and drive client satisfaction. As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, you will be responsible for managing their digital presence, achieving set targets, and providing creative strategies based on market trends and competitive analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal projects to maximize resource efficiency
  • Become the single point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve target goals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
  • Attend client meetings to understand requirements and preferences
  • Manage social media campaigns, posting content, and engaging with clients
  • Initiate innovative approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Maintain regular progress updates and submit client feedback to Team Leaders and Directors
  • Generate and maintain campaign reports, daily work logs, and brief documents
  • Ensure timely provision of bills to clients and facilitate payment processing
