Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Accurate Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions, including call logs, email communications, and chat transcripts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Related Field
  • 1+ Year of Customer Service Experience
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
