Job Title: Innovation Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth through enterprise sales and strategic partnerships across various sectors.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure positioning T-Hub as a strategic innovation partner.
  • Nurture CXO-level relationships to convert corporations into annual members sponsors or program partners.
  • Develop and pitch innovative solutions such as startup challenges accelerators proof-of-concepts PoCs ecosystem immersions and community-building initiatives.
  • Design impact-driven innovation programs leveraging CSR and ESG mandates.
  • Track and analyze sectoral trends to identify new business opportunities and tailor outreach strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering or related fields.
  • MBA or equivalent Master's degree preferred.
  • Certifications in B2B Sales Innovation Management or Design Thinking a plus.
Preferred Backgrounds
  • Innovation Consulting.
  • B2B/Enterprise Tech Sales or SaaS platforms.
  • Startup accelerators incubators or ecosystem platforms.
  • Strategic partnerships in GCCs BFSI or ITES sectors.
