Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy Development: Partner with stakeholders to design effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Management: Leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify and engage high-quality candidates and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive talent.
- Candidate Experience Enhancement: Drive an engaging and seamless recruitment journey from first interaction to onboarding, ensuring professionalism and transparency at every stage.
- Employer Branding & Job Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to craft compelling job descriptions and promote openings through relevant channels.
- Data-Driven Recruitment Insights: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus in managing Talent acquisition portfolios.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRMS, and other recruitment software/tools.
