Talent Acquisition Lead
As a key member of our organization, the Talent Acquisition Lead plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic recruitment. Responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition function, this individual mentors and coaches the TA team to hire top talent for our clients. They set hiring targets based on business plans and review progress on a timely basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client service level agreements (SLAs)
- Mentor and coach the TA team to enhance hiring efficiency
- Publish accurate and timely reports to clients
- Lead weekly client connect calls and proactively communicate roadblocks or changes
- Manage vendors and ensure compliance with compensation bands
- Oversight of senior management-level hires, from sourcing to onboarding
- Guide HR Manager and TA team on trainee hiring
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Talent Acquisition Lead/Manager or similar role
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
