Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist

Lowe's is a home improvement company serving approximately 16 million customer transactions a week in the United States. We operate over 1,700 stores and employ approximately 300,000 associates.
The Leadership Hiring team owns and executes executive level searches across the Lowe's India organization. Qualified candidates will be well-versed in all aspects of executive search including search/market strategy, creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation and development, client management, and offer negotiations.
- Partner with senior business leaders to execute senior level searches for Lowe's India.
- Provide strategic guidance and advice in partnership with executive leadership.
- Conduct research to map target companies and top talent for Lowe's India.
- Create unique search strategies to identify and attract best talent.
- Develop innovative ways to raise recruitment standards.
- Conduct on-site interviews, participate in debriefs, perform reference checks, and present employment offers.
- Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates.
- Understand future skill requirements and focus on KPIs including cost per hire, time to offer, time to fill, diversity, channel effectiveness, and customer experience.
- 10+ years of direct delivery experience in executive level talent acquisition.
- Proven track record in designing technical recruiting strategies.
- Ability to consistently identify, approach, attract, and manage passive executive level talent.
- Excellent communication skills to cultivate relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to create measures for operational efficiency.
