About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing top talent through various channels, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and collaborating with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing: Identify and engage with high-quality candidates through job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial screening to onboarding new hires.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of candidate skills, experience, and fit through interviews and reference checks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment cycle.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years in Talent Acquisition or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate engagement and relationship-building.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient candidate management.
