Strategic Talent Acquisition Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our bulk hiring initiatives and drive seamless recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in volume hiring, workforce planning, and data-driven decision-making through effective reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:- Bulk Hiring:
- Develop and execute high-volume recruitment strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.
- Create talent pipelines through innovative sourcing methods, including job fairs, campus recruitment, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes for bulk roles.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Design and maintain detailed recruitment dashboards and reports, tracking key performance indicators such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion rates.
- Provide actionable insights to improve recruitment efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data management standards.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, driving performance targets and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Foster a results-oriented team culture that prioritizes innovation and excellence.
- Experience: Minimum 6+ years in talent acquisition, with a focus on bulk hiring and reporting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Expertise in high-volume recruitment techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in HRMS/ATS systems and recruitment reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
