Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our bulk hiring initiatives and drive seamless recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in volume hiring, workforce planning, and data-driven decision-making through effective reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bulk Hiring:
    • Develop and execute high-volume recruitment strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.
    • Create talent pipelines through innovative sourcing methods, including job fairs, campus recruitment, and strategic partnerships.
    • Oversee candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes for bulk roles.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Design and maintain detailed recruitment dashboards and reports, tracking key performance indicators such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion rates.
    • Provide actionable insights to improve recruitment efficiency and quality.
    • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data management standards.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, driving performance targets and fostering a collaborative environment.
    • Foster a results-oriented team culture that prioritizes innovation and excellence.
    Key Requirements:
    • Experience: Minimum 6+ years in talent acquisition, with a focus on bulk hiring and reporting.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Skills:
    • Expertise in high-volume recruitment techniques and tools.
    • Proficiency in HRMS/ATS systems and recruitment reporting tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    Compensation Package:

The salary for this position is approximately ₹15,00,000 per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect a range of benefits and perks, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
