Business Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development professional to drive growth in our business.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of the market, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate a comprehensive sales plan to achieve business objectives, including identifying potential clients, highlighting customer requirements, and forecasting market trends.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance at the territory/vertical level on a regular basis and implement corrective action as required.
  • Ensure adherence to sales targets and provide regular progress updates to management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building initiatives.
  • Negotiate and finalize terms with clients, including product specifications, payment terms, and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate deep understanding of their needs and direct swift resolution of any customer queries.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of orders in line with predefined timelines and criteria.
  • Provide technical support to customers on after-sales related issues.
