Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Territory Head to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Planning & Management: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute branch sales plans, ensuring alignment with market trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Cascading Sales Plans: Communicate sales targets and strategies to branch teams, monitoring performance and providing guidance.
  • Branch Operations: Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sourcing, governance, productivity, and channel management.
  • Sales Operations & Productivity: Track and report sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
Customer Acquisition & Engagement
  • Local Business Growth: Identify opportunities for local business growth and drive new customer acquisition.
  • Complex Transactions: Support team members in handling complex transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Effectiveness: Communicate sales targets, product USPs, and role expectations to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Complaint Escalation: Monitor complaint escalation and resolution processes, ensuring timely closure.
Operational Effectiveness
  • Process Adoption: Drive adoption of efficient processes across the customer lifecycle.
  • Distribution Management: Manage distribution across channels and coordinate with critical partners.
  • Process Efficiency: Enhance process efficiency and reduce turnaround times through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Sales Productivity: Support business growth by monitoring sales productivity and providing guidance.
Cross-Selling Initiatives
  • Cross-Selling Strategy: Lead team activities aligned with the cross-selling strategy defined by senior leadership.
  • Communication & Training: Facilitate communication, training, and guidance to ensure cross-selling alignment and effectiveness.
Team & Internal Stakeholder Management
  • Team Guidance: Guide and mentor team members to improve customer acquisition and sales performance.
  • Training Programs: Nominate and support team participation in technical and behavioral training programs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster smooth cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Portfolio & Risk Management
  • Risk Compliance: Partner with risk, operations, and sales governance teams to ensure compliance with risk controls and operational procedures.
  • Financial Risk Analysis: Analyze financial risk using MIS and analytics reports.
  • Compliant Sales Operations: Drive compliant sales operations, timely collections, and PDD closures.
