Corporate Banking Professional

This position entails originating new corporate relationships and developing a robust and sustainable corporate banking portfolio. The focus will be on dealing with leading Indian companies having a presence in the GCC market, as well as GCC clients operating in India.

  • Identify and segment target corporate clients to develop a sustainable corporate banking business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to originate business and meet financial targets.
  • Review the portfolio, establish an account plan, and recommend credit facilities in line with the bank's credit policy.
  • Manage the day-to-day tasks of the unit and train, develop, motivate, and evaluate the team.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong grounding in corporate relationship management and a track record of handling large and mid-sized clients.
  • Complete knowledge and understanding of the Bank's credit policy and local regulations.
  • Strong credit knowledge and marketing skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in India, including RBI guidelines for the corporate banking business.
