
Guest Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled hospitality professional to excel in creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm welcome for all guests, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.
- Manage Reservations and Seating: Efficiently manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating to minimize wait times and ensure seamless service.
- Assist with Menu Queries and Special Requests: Offer personalized assistance with menu queries, special requests, and dietary needs, demonstrating genuine interest in guests' preferences.
- Build Relationships with Regular Guests: Develop strong relationships with regular guests, recognizing and rewarding their loyalty and patronage.
- Handle Feedback and Complaints: Respond professionally and empathetically to guest feedback and complaints, addressing concerns promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with Service Staff and Management: Collaborate with service staff, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth operations and maintain high standards of service.
- Maintain a Clean and Inviting Reception Area: Ensure the reception/host area remains clean, organized, and inviting, reflecting positively on the establishment's image.

- Exceptional Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
- Professionalism and Approachability: Demonstrate a friendly, professional, and approachable personality, making guests feel valued and respected.
- Strong Organizational Abilities: Possess strong organizational and multitasking abilities to efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Prior Experience in Hospitality: Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, or guest relations is highly desirable, providing valuable insight into industry best practices.
- Ability to Remain Calm under Pressure: Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service regardless of operational demands.
