We are seeking a professional to manage the day-to-day operations at our airport, ensuring seamless and welcoming experiences for VIPs, CIPs, and VVIPs.

Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will examine previous day's records, logs, reports, and emails to identify deviations and initiate corrective actions.
  • They will instruct team members on the next course of action and liaise with concerned departments for resolution.
  • Prioritizing and addressing escalated customer complaints, stakeholder concerns, and team member issues in a timely manner is also a key responsibility.
Operational Planning
  • This role requires developing a system for recording events and highlighting operational issues to team leads.
  • The ideal candidate will plan protocol arrangements for VIPs and VVIPs, including coordination with internal and external agencies.
  • They must execute processes to manage operational continuity at the airport.
Process Development and Administration
  • Create, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines for Guest Relations operations.
  • The selected candidate will plan, execute, and review agreed processes, identifying flaws and making necessary amendments.
Real-Time Support
  • Maintaining infrastructure and consumables to meet VVIP standards, ensuring seamless service delivery is essential.
  • The individual will coordinate with government agencies, concessioners, and industry bodies to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Representing the airport in advance protocol coordination with relevant authorities is also a critical task.
Team Environment Management
  • The role involves managing the team 24/7, allocating manpower and maintaining shift rosters to ensure continuous service.
  • The selected candidate will identify training needs and develop strategies to enhance team performance.
  • Conducting regular team interactions, consolidating feedback, and implementing corrective actions or escalations as needed is a key responsibility.
