This position entails overseeing daily operations at a residential building site, ensuring technical services meet client requirements, and managing electromechanical operations and their repair and maintenance.
- Direct daily operations at the site
- Ensure that technical services adhere to client expectations
- Oversee electromechanical operations and handle their repair and maintenance
- Develop and maintain effective asset-specific maintenance and safety procedure manuals
- Verify proper signoffs for attendance and all required details for cost sheet submission
- Submit timely client-approved cost sheets to the office and follow-up on invoices
- Coordinate and maintain an as-built drawing and transition document library
- Establish emergency response plans and participate in evacuation drills
The successful candidate will be analytical, meticulous, and able to multitask efficiently with excellent communication skills. A degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Marine Engineering, or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in facility industry, real estate, hotel, or construction industry.
