Strategic Operations Director

The Strategic Operations Director will provide senior leadership across all functions for the countries in the region, developing and executing country-specific strategies that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to all functions within the region, ensuring alignment with the organization's business objectives.
  • Financial Management: Responsible for managing multi-brand financials, developing performance metrics, and proactively tracking performance against those metrics.
  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Establishes the annual budget for the region, manages resources, and reviews operational and manpower costs.
  • Sales & Admissions Growth: Responsible for enrollment growth, achieving set targets, and reviewing admission numbers on a regular basis.

Functional Responsibilities:

  • Academics and Operations Oversight: Oversees the Principals and operations of all campuses across academics, human resources, administration, procurement, IT, and finance, ensuring seamless cross-campus coordination.
  • Statutory Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensures compliance with statutory requirements and internal and external audits.
  • Human Resources and Talent Development: Supervises the Business Partner HR to make strategic manpower decisions, including headcount planning, recruitment, and talent development.
  • Marketing and Sales Strategy: Drives admissions and student enrollment targets, oversees marketing and sales teams, and crafts the brand message specific to the region.
  • Financial Supervision: Supervises the Financial Controller to ensure budgeting, accounting, cash flows, and adherence to process compliance.
  • Project Management: Works closely with the projects team to identify new school sites for development and expansion.
  • Organizational Competencies and Talent Recruitment: Supervise the Human Resources team to enhance organizational competencies and recruit talent to meet future needs.
