Senior Cyber Innovation Director

As a Senior Cyber Innovation Director, you will lead the development and implementation of an innovation strategy that fosters a culture of experimentation and prototyping within the organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Define and drive strategic innovation initiatives to stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies.
  • • Establish and manage a research and innovation lab to design and develop state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure.
  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational models, outcome measurement frameworks, and resource allocation strategies.
  • • Develop and manage budgets to optimize resource utilization and ensure maximum impact.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or Master's degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology.
  • • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, PMP, or MBA (Technology Management) are preferred.

As a Senior Cyber Innovation Director, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's cybersecurity strategy and driving innovation. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and implementing operational models.
