Job Title: Cyber Security Director

The Cyber Security Director is responsible for formulating, implementing, and managing the Bank's information security policy and compliance programs in India. The role requires coordination with the Group Chief Information Security Officer and Country Manager India to ensure efficient management of Information Security Governance.

The job holder will execute the information security management system program (ISMS), security operations, VAPT program, Red team program, update RBI Daksh portal returns before deadline, and Cyber security Framework implementation. They will also address risk management needs related to information security, including incident response, access control, business continuity, and disaster recovery.

This role demands extensive coordination and teamwork with internal and external department officials.

Detailed Roles and Responsibilities:

STRATEGIC

  • Responsible for all cyber security governance framework and other activities related to information and cyber security aspects.
  • Contribute towards formulation of annual strategies, policies, and procedures of the Information Security Section.
  • Ensure that the Information Security plans are within agreed budgets and timescales.

OPERATIONAL

  • Complete ownership of Security compliance requirements of all systems/servers pertaining to India operations.
  • Ensure successful execution of ISO27001 & PCI-DSS certifications and governance of certification programs.
  • Perform all activities in compliance with relevant local/foreign regulations and internal Information security policies.

The Cyber Security Director will maintain robust working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate functional, operational, and strategic needs. They will also develop and maintain various performance monitoring checklists as required by ISO27001/RBI Cyber security Framework.
