About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective operational strategies, drive process improvements, and build high-performing teams. As an Operations Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will also be expected to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and develop initiatives to drive growth and profitability. If you have a proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong understanding of business process optimization, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement
  • Build and lead high-performing teams to achieve business objectives
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in senior leadership roles, with a focus on operations management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience developing and implementing operational strategies and initiatives
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in the ship repair & upgradation, shipbuilding, defence technology, equipment sales & services, and weapons & electronics industries
  • Familiarity with maritime regulations and safety standards
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and ISO standards
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams
