Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager for In-House Loan Operations will oversee and optimize all aspects of the loan process within a designated geographic area. This involves managing a team to ensure efficient loan origination, processing, and servicing, while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

The role will collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive loan portfolio growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and uphold quality standards. Key responsibilities include leading and managing a regional team, developing strategies for loan portfolio growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering positive relationships with clients and regulatory bodies.

Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in in-house loan operations
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve loan-related goals
  • Results-driven with a focus on optimizing operational efficiency
