About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics HR Professional to join our team as an HR Assistant. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will provide support in various administrative tasks and functions, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes within the company.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Prepare and maintain employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Process paperwork related to employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Support the administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist with employee relations activities, including disciplinary actions, grievance resolution, and conflict mediation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within Aviation, Transport & Logistics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Paying strong attention to detail and delivering work of high quality.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and networks.
Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Recruiting experience (1 year or more). Total work experience (1 year or more).
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi to communicate effectively with regional stakeholders.
