Job Title: Business Development Specialist
A Job Overview:
This role involves providing support in sales of life insurance business through bank customers at branches across assigned locations.
B Organizational Relationships
You will report to a Territory Sales Manager and supervise a team of professionals. However, this is not a supervisory role as you will not be managing any direct reports.
C Job Dimensions
The geographic area covered by this job is extensive, involving multiple branches and clusters. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Branch Operations and Distribution Operations teams.
D Key Result Areas
Your primary responsibility will be to drive wallet share in allocated branches with a focus on product mix. You will also achieve pre-set business targets on ANP, case count, active branch, active sales staff, and various KPIs for designated branches.
E Skills Required
To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in problem-solving, peer-level coordination, and influencing others. Additionally, you should have expertise in finance, insurance industry awareness, and self-management.
