Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Business Development Manager to spearhead our export sales efforts. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and prospecting.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.


Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7-8 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry, preferably in a sales or business development capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive environments.
  • Agile methodology and analytics skills are a plus.
