About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and driving revenue growth This role requires excellent communication negotiation and networking skills along with a strong ability to understand client needs Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research networking and lead generation Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners Understand client requirements and present tailored business solutions Conduct sales meetings presentations and negotiations to close deals Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services solutions Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Stay updated with industry trends market developments and competitor activities Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field Proven experience 1-3 years in business development sales or client acquisition industry-specific experience preferred Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and digital communication platforms Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Job Type Full-time Pay 13 188 95 - 46 054 79 per month
