Job Title Civil Engineer Trainer Construction Masonry Carpentry We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Civil Engineer to join us as a Trainer for our Construction Masonry and Carpentry course The right candidate should not just know the theory but also have strong practical site knowledge the kind that comes from real field experience We need someone who can explain construction in the simplest most creative way so that students truly understand how things work on the ground Key Responsibilities Practical Training Curriculum Teach students the real on-site techniques of construction masonry and carpentry Make learning fun and easy with demonstrations models and practical activities Share your field experience and practical hacks along with technical knowledge Workshops Site Exposure Conduct hands-on workshops and guide students in practicing real skills Organize site visits to show how things actually happen on the ground Ensure safety protocols are followed during workshops and visits Mentorship Guidance Act as a mentor and guide for students in both skills and career growth Create a supportive learning environment where students feel confident to learn Teaching Tools Technology Teach students basic computer skills like AutoCAD Canva and MS Office to complement their field knowledge Show how these tools connect to real construction work Coordination Community Engagement Work with the team to design a course that matches industry needs Support community teams in student mobilization and course promotion Innovation Improvement Keep the training updated with new methods and construction trends Take feedback from students and continuously improve teaching methods Who We re Looking For Qualification ITI in Civil Diploma B Tech B E in Civil Engineering Experience 1-2 years in construction with good exposure to site work masonry and carpentry A teacher at heart - someone who enjoys sharing knowledge and simplifying complex things Familiar with AutoCAD Canva and basic computer applications Strong communication skills and a passion for building the next generation of construction professionals Job Type Full-time 12-month Contract extendable Job Types Full-time Contractual Temporary Contract length 12 months Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Experience on site 1 year Preferred Language Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
