Job Title Junior Engineer Civil Engineering Location Kollam Company Deerhomes Realtors Pvt Ltd Job Type Full-time About Us Deerhomes is a dynamic architectural design and build firm known for delivering innovative and high-quality design and construction projects Our focus is on creating functional sustainable and aesthetically compelling spaces We are currently looking for a motivated Junior Engineer with a civil engineering background to join our team and support various engineering and construction tasks across our projects Job Summary As a Junior Engineer you will assist the senior engineering team in all aspects of project planning design and construction You will be involved in site assessments technical analysis and quality control ensuring that projects are completed efficiently within budget and in accordance with safety and design standards This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both engineering and architectural design and build projects Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of technical drawings plans and specifications under the supervision of senior engineers Conduct site visits to assess project progress gather data and ensure compliance with design specifications Provide support in the coordination of construction activities ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets Help with the preparation of engineering reports calculations and documentation for various projects Participate in reviewing and analyzing structural civil and architectural drawings to ensure feasibility and accuracy Assist in conducting site inspections and quality control to ensure the safety and quality standards are met Collaborate with project managers architects and contractors to ensure smooth project execution Maintain and update project documentation including material specifications procurement details and progress reports Support in managing project resources and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field 0-2 years of experience in a civil engineering role ideally in the construction or architectural design industry Familiarity with engineering software AutoCAD Revit Civil 3D etc is an advantage Strong analytical skills with an understanding of structural and civil engineering principles Good knowledge of construction materials methods and safety regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excel Word PowerPoint Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile architectural and construction projects A collaborative and supportive team environment Professional development and growth opportunities in a leading design and construction firm How to Apply Please submit your resume and cover letter via Indeed We look forward to seeing how you can contribute to our team Job Type Full-time Pay From 15 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Kollam Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Location Kollam Kerala Required Work Location In person
