This position is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of Butler Services and ensuring that all guests receive an exceptional level of service and care at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Butler Supervisors and Butlers to maintain high standards of service.
- Monitor and improve the quality of Butler Services, including training and development of team members.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to facilitate communication and guest satisfaction.
- Responsible for promoting hotel facilities, services, and products to targeted guest groups.
- Ensure that all services offered are always available and provide alternatives when necessary.
Team Management:
- Provide department orientation and training on hotel service standards, procedures, and programs.
- Motivate and maintain a work environment that brings out the best in team members.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
- Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
