The Role:

- **Domain:** CAST (Client Acquisition & Sales Team)

- **Job Title:** Manager - Business Development & Growth

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations, including relevant CXOs, and establish connections to showcase our research products and services.

- Analyze industry trends, potential clients, and competitive landscapes to ensure achievement of sales targets through new and existing clients.

- Develop approaches, pitches, and manage business metrics and growth for assigned lines of business/regions.

- Foster existing relationships and focus on revenue generation through cross-selling opportunities.

- Conduct client meetings, understand client needs through effective questioning, and suggest relevant solutions/services aligned with client requirements.

Requirements:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales/consultative sales, MBA preferred

- Strong understanding of market research/consulting/business intelligence industries

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate and close contracts independently

- Existing relationships with mid-to-large corporates across multiple sectors

- Ability to work in a team and enthusiastic about growing the business in a fast-paced start-up environment

Compensation and Benefits:

Our compensation package is aligned with the market and offers a competitive salary range of ₹25 lakhs to ₹40 lakhs per annum.
