HR Transformation Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation and project management of Oracle HCM modules globally. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in implementing HR systems, with expertise in Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • A proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations across multiple modules.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.

Key responsibilities include:

Project Management Strategy

Leading and managing the end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all Oracle HCM modules. Overseeing the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.

Stakeholder Engagement

Working closely with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve technical or business-related issues. Developing and delivering training materials and user guides, planning pilots, testing, providing end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users.

Change Management & Digital Adoption

Supporting organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and working with stakeholders to implement enhancements.
