About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Capital Markets professional to lead capital market transactions, advise clients on equity fundraising strategies, and manage end-to-end deal execution.

This role involves active deal execution, advising clients, and managing end-to-end capital market transactions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the capital markets ecosystem and be able to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

  • Lead capital market transactions including IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Preferential Allotments, and Bonds.
  • Advise clients on equity fundraising strategies, market positioning, and transaction structuring.
  • Ensure all deals comply with SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage end-to-end deal execution - from due diligence, drafting offer documents, and coordinating with regulators to liaising with merchant bankers, legal advisors, and auditors.
  • Conduct financial analysis, valuations, and transaction feasibility studies to support decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, merchant bankers, law firms, and intermediaries.
  • Stay updated on capital market trends, regulatory changes, and market developments.
Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate should have 5-6 years of proven experience in capital markets, investment banking, or financial advisory.

  • CA/Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, Commerce.
  • Hands-on deal execution experience in IPOs, QIPs, Rights Issues, Bonds, or similar transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, listing guidelines, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
