Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a CRM Manager. The CRM Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing customer data, and segmenting markets. Additional responsibilities include developing strategies to improve customer loyalty, overseeing CRM project management, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to implement effective solutions. The CRM Manager will ensure that interactions are data-driven and contribute to the company's overall customer retention and satisfaction goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
