Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various departments

Source, screen, and interview candidates using portals and social platforms

Maintain and update candidate data using CRM software

Build and nurture a candidate pipeline for future hiring needs

Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams

Maintain recruitment dashboards and weekly hiring reports

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements

Send offer letters, track onboarding progress, and follow up with candidates

Use CRM tools to manage candidate follow-ups and communication history

Assist in employer branding, job posting, and hiring campaign efforts

Required Skills:

Proven experience in recruitment (preferably in trading, manufacturing, or distribution industries)

Hands-on experience with CRM or ATS systems (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Freshteam, Salesforce CRM, etc.)

Strong understanding of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
