Job Description

We are seeking an International Tea Expansion Leader to drive our business growth in key markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG, beverages, or wellness brand scaling, with a strong network in distribution, retail, HORECA, or exports.

  • Lead our entry and scale-up in India – D2C, retail, HORECA, and exports.
  • Build robust supply chains and distribution networks.
  • Drive strategic partnerships with retailers, distributors, and hospitality groups.
  • Shape market strategy for India and other international markets.
  • Represent us with investors, trade councils, and industry networks.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in FMCG, beverages, or wellness brand scaling (Europe, Asia, India).
  • Strong network in distribution, retail, HORECA, or exports.
  • Commercial acumen with cost, quality, and growth balance.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to invest capital and operational expertise.
  • Passion for tea, wellness, and building a legacy brand.
