Elite Hiring Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional to drive our hiring strategy. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools, build strategic sourcing plans, and elevate the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive elite hiring by building and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract top talent from India's key markets.
  • Map and open new talent pools across cities and competitor ecosystems to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Use AI-powered tools, data insights, and digital strategies to optimize recruitment productivity, efficiency, and decision-making.
  • Elevate the candidate experience by creating engaging opportunities for high-demand profiles and selling our company vision to top candidates.
  • Partner with senior business leaders, hiring managers, and global stakeholders to define talent needs and deliver on ambitious goals.
  • Lead with accountability by driving and reporting on KPIs like time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline velocity, and diversity.
Requirements:
  • 10-12 years of progressive TA experience with at least 3–4 years leading small - mid-sized hiring teams.
  • Proven success in hiring elite, hard-to-find talent in tech / SaaS / product companies.
  • A go-getter mindset — persuasive, sales-oriented, and able to thrive under ambitious goals.
  • Strong ability to think outside the box: creative sourcing, employer branding, digital and social engagement.
  • Experience using AI-based recruiting tools, market intelligence platforms, and automation to transform TA delivery.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills and able to take stakeholders and teams along while also challenging the status quo.
  • Data-driven approach with sharp focus on recruitment KPIs and ROI.
