Job Title: Cloud Partnership Administrator

Cloud Partnership Administrators play a crucial role in driving business growth by leveraging cloud-based solutions.

  • Co-Sell Opportunity Management:
    • Develop and execute strategies to identify, register, and manage co-sell opportunities for Azure and related cloud services.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate and align opportunities, ensuring seamless execution and maximum revenue potential.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to track pipeline progression, close-won reporting, and ensure opportunities are linked to cloud consumption and incentive eligibility.
  • Cloud Platform Administration:
    • Manage enterprise-level subscriptions and agreements for cloud services, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
    • Configure user roles, permissions, and organizational details within cloud platforms to ensure secure access and compliance.
    • Monitor and maintain certification requirements, competencies, and incentives to ensure continuous program enrollment and timely claims submission.
  • Azure Sales Operations:
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for Azure sales, including active usage, consumption revenue, and customer engagement metrics.
    • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership on cloud sales performance and opportunities for improvement.
    • Support account teams with deal registration, workload categorization, and customer mapping to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Incentives & Marketplace:
    • Streamline enrollment processes for Microsoft incentive programs, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
    • Reconcile and resolve any disputes related to incentive payouts, maintaining a high level of transparency and accountability.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to publish and maintain solution offers in the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace (AppSource & Azure Marketplace).
  • Reporting & Governance:
    • Design and implement data-driven dashboards and reports for leadership, providing visibility into cloud sales performance, KPIs, and incentive achievements.
    • Maintain documentation and compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Microsoft partner policies.
    • Serve as the primary liaison between organizations and Microsoft cloud support teams, ensuring seamless issue resolution and exceptional customer experience.
