Job Title: IT Infrastructure Director

Job Description:

The IT Infrastructure Director is responsible for overseeing the design, deployment, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure. This includes servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud services. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of network architecture, server management, and virtualization.

In addition to technical expertise, the IT Infrastructure Director must possess excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. They will lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

The IT Infrastructure Director will also be responsible for ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability of IT infrastructure to support business operations. This involves managing vendor relationships, driving simplification and automation of processes, and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and threats.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of network architecture, server management, cloud services, and virtualization
  • In-depth understanding of cyber security principles, threat landscape, and security technologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
