Strategic Infrastructure LeaderJob Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to head our Infrastructure Services practice. The successful candidate will drive the development of strategic roadmaps, identify market trends, and build reusable point solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Define and evolve the strategic roadmap for core infrastructure services across traditional, cloud-native, and hybrid IT landscapes.
  • Identify market trends and client needs to develop relevant offerings and build reusable point solutions, IPs, and accelerators across infrastructure, cloud, and ServiceNow ecosystems.
  • Drive continuous innovation across infrastructure modernization, workplace efficiency, cloud transformation, and IT operations resiliency.
Requirements
  • 20+ years of experience in core infrastructure leadership roles, with a strong track record in practice development, strategy, and innovation.
  • Deep understanding of data center operations, hybrid/multi cloud architectures, networking, end-user services, ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, automation, and infrastructure transformation.
  • Proven ability to influence C-level executives (CIOs, CTOs), shape client strategy, and represent the organization in executive forums.
