Job Title: Senior Director of Infrastructure and Innovation

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our technology infrastructure and drive innovation in learning solutions. As the Senior Director of Infrastructure and Innovation, you will oversee the technology backbone that powers learning across 9,000+ schools and over 1,00,000 devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and scale IT infrastructure for internal teams and school deployments
  • Evaluate and adopt next-gen technologies that shape the future of learning
  • Manage large-scale hardware deployments and operations
  • Establish and manage enterprise-wide IT infrastructure

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and hardware operations, including 5+ years in leadership roles managing distributed teams and multi-vendor ecosystems.

You should also be able to build, document, and govern scalable IT processes, including onboarding, issue resolution workflows, SLA management, and compliance protocols.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with hardware OEMs, IT service partners, and managing full lifecycle procurement with a focus on cost optimization (TCO)
  • Ability to evaluate and adopt new hardware innovations
  • Familiarity with integrating IT workflows with logistics or warehouse management systems
