Job Title: Senior Technology Director - Payments & Transaction Banking

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technology Director to lead our technology delivery of large-scale, mission-critical payments and transaction banking platforms. This role will focus on modern tech stacks (Java, Microservices, J2EE) and drive technical execution excellence, architecture alignment, and delivery rigor across global transformation engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of large tech programs in the payments and transaction banking space.
  • Drive engineering rigor across Java-based platforms, Microservices, APIs, and integrations.
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of platforms being delivered.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, Microservices architecture, and REST APIs.
  • Proven delivery of enterprise-scale projects with a strong focus on modern technologies.

Leadership Skills:

  • Manage large cross-functional technology teams (developers, architects, QA, DevOps).
  • Drive performance, innovation, and a culture of engineering excellence.

Education and Experience:

  • At least 18 years of experience in leading technology teams and delivering complex projects.

Languages and Tools:

  • Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, J2EE, and Microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and API integration.
